In another case, the communities of Rowa VDC are planning to announce their VDC as a non-open defecation area by early December. A Forest User Committee of Ruga VDC was accused of misusing the royalty. After a public hearing, the committee made a commitment to recovering the amount as early as possible.

Human rights class in Jajarkot - 22 Dec 2011
Higher secondary students of 11 schools benefitted from RDIF’s education programme on human rights. Students are even willing to spend extra time at school to enhance their knowledge through an informal mechanism of learning, which would not have been possible if they had confined themselves to the prescribed books.

Learning from others - 01 Dec 2011
